Coaching is an educational and exploratory process. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. By engaging in coaching services, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Clients agree to seek appropriate professional support if they experience distress beyond the scope of coaching.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

By engaging with OddBird services, you confirm that:

- You are legally an adult in your country of residence

- You participate voluntarily

- You understand the nature of coaching-based work.

4. COACHING RELATIONSHIP AND AGREEMENTS

For 1:1 and group coaching programs (excluding one-off workshops and events), clients may be required to sign a separate coaching agreement prior to the start of the program.

This agreement may outline:

- Roles and responsibilities

- Confidentiality and boundaries

- Payment terms

- Refunds and cancellations

The coaching agreement complements, but does not replace, the terms on this page.

5. PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms:

- Full payment or agreed payment plans must be completed according to the terms of the specific offer

- Access to services may be suspended in case of unpaid or failed payments

OddBird services reserves the right to update pricing at any time for current and future offers.

6. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

Coaching Programs (1:1 and Group):

- Payments are non-refundable once a program has started

- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions

- Payment plans are commitments and must be completed in full

If a client is unable to continue, access to materials may remain available at the discretion of OddBird services.

Rescheduling Sessions:

- Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited.

Workshops, Events & Experiences:

- Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

- If an event is cancelled by OddBird services, a full refund, voucher, or alternative date will be offered.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

OddBird is committed to creating respectful, consent-based containers.

All personal information shared during 1:1 coaching, group programs, or private containers is treated as confidential and will not be shared without explicit permission.

In group settings (including programs, workshops, events, and online spaces), confidentiality is a shared responsibility. Participants agree not to disclose, record, screenshot, or share personal stories, identities, or experiences of others without their clear and informed consent.

From time to time, OddBird may film, photograph, or document events, workshops, or community spaces for educational, promotional, or archival purposes. Any use of identifiable images, video, testimonials, quotes, or personal stories will always be subject to explicit consent. Participation in OddBird spaces does not imply automatic consent to be filmed, quoted, or publicly associated with the brand.

By engaging with OddBird, clients and participants acknowledge that being part of a visible community may include optional opportunities for sharing testimonials or appearing in media. Consent will always be requested, respected, and can be withdrawn at any time.
